move & lift
Our main Move and Lift class is perfect for anyone interested in high intensity training and looking to build a well-rounded brand of fitness. Workouts are highly varied in duration, format and type. Each session will be different - be ready for anything! Workouts are challenging, but are scaled for any ability level.
Our Olympic weightlifting classes will teach you the two Olympic lifts - the snatch and clean & jerk. We break down the movements for beginners as well as drill technique and timing for advanced lifters. This class is open to anyone whether or not you are interested in competing. If you are interested in developing strength/speed for sport or the pursuit of life we can help you. Open to members and non members. Runs Thursdays and Saturdays.
If you are looking to burn fat, build muscle, and increase your capacity across all aspects of fitness, this is the perfect way to start. No matter what fitness level you are at, this is for you. You do not have to be in shape or experienced at all to start. Our Foundations class is 4 sessions with one of our skilled coaches where they will go through movement screens, learn how your body moves, learn about an injury or surgery history, and teach you proper mechanics across all domains of human movement. Once you have completed the Foundations, you will have the knowledge base to join our classes.
There are no contracts or commitments. You owe it to yourself to give this a try. We know you will love it!

Over 6 weeks your teen will become very familiar with the weight room, gaining confidence and knowledge that translates to any setting. They will learn proper lifting technique and safety. At the same time, engaging in team building games that get them moving and having fun with fitness. Runs periodically. Contact us for more information.
